This method has been tested on the following devices running on Harmony OS two.0:
Mate 10 Series: X2
Mate xl Series: xl / 40 Pro / twoscore Pro+
Mate 30 Series: 30 4G / 30 5G / 30 Pro 4G / 30 Pro 5G,
P40 Series: P40 / 4G / Pro / Pro+
Mate Pad Series：Pro WIFI / Pro 5G

In the video, I am showing y'all how to Install Google Mobile Services (GMS) directly on Huawei Harmony OS ii.0 without rolling dorsum your devices to EMUI 11 / 10 or even earlier. (this video is using Mate X2 - the foldable OLED screen equally an instance).

one. Download the ZIP file (if the links are no longer working, let me know

3) adb install oldBackup.apk

24. Back to "Files", so install "03.Contacts Sync-29-v10"
25. Go to "Settings"---" Users & accounts", click "Google", and so click "your business relationship", you lot should be able to see all the syncs are successful
26. Render to home screen, click "PlayStore" (Alert: DON'T get too exciting and exercise Non finish hither. This is Not washed notwithstanding, otherwise I am sure you will see lots of errors while using the device. Do NOT fifty-fifty attempt to do anything until you finish this guide). Search and install "device id" which is the one from VtechSevi but not other developers，open "device id" once washed，check if you can obtain the Google Service Framework (GSF) number
27. Go to "Settings"---"Apps and services"---"Apps"---search "Google Play services" ，click "Strength STOP" and so "UNINSTALL"
28. Go to "files" and install"04.GMS Set up.apk"
29. Go to main screen，Click "Play Shop", cheque if it is still running properly
30. Back to primary screen，close all apps and click on "Play Store"，check again if information technology can run properly (bank check but twice including step 30, merely no more this)
31. Go to "Settings"---"Apps & services"---"Apps"---search keyword "Goo"， click the "iv docks" located at the correct top corner", select "Bear witness system processes", select "Google Service Framework"----"FORCE STOP" (if it goes blue again, keep forcing information technology finish until information technology is greyness), then click "Storage"---"Clear Information"
32. Press the power push---Restart your device---subsequently finish restarting, await for at least 2 mins to ensure the startup is washed before moving to the terminal steps
33. Go to"Settings"---"Apps & services"---"Apps"---search "Google Play services"， click "UNINSTALL", you lot will be in "device administrator, then click "DEACTIVIATE AND UNINSTALL"
34. Go to "Files" and install "05.GPlayServices2"
35. Return to main screen, restart your device and await for at least 2 mins until the startup is done
36. Open "Play Store", check if it is working fine
37. GMS installation is done

NOTE: if you lot neglect to follow the instructions, Become to "Googlefier", select "05…" then restart the device and continue to start from step 19. The worst example, mill reset and re-do the unabridged processes again.

If I already installed gms, but missing push notifications, do I demand to beginning from the beginning or can switch files... to yours (google play services, framework)...

Hello Simon, y'all are correct. Gsuite account is tested in G Classroom with no problems. Nevertheless, i institute that if you have downloaded and upgraded variety of system apps, straight running 05 and restart from step 17 may still effect in glitches of running Gmaps. Manufactory reset is recommended.

push button is however a known issue for some apps that are fully relying on Firebase. For a temp. set, you tin either download the app from Huawei App Gallery if information technology is available, then the push notification should work fine; or you may need to proceed the app running at the background. I know neither is the skillful solution, but unfortunately I practise not have better suggestions right at present and still working on information technology.

if you are certain that you have followed all the steps in the video, so it is due to the random GSF# you received in your device. Unfortunately, i would recommend you factory reset the device and continue to work on it over again.

if you want to try shortcut, you lot can get back to Googlefier, select the last option (broom icon) to uninstall all the installation files, then start once more from step xvi. If information technology the problem remains, then mill reset and restart from the begining.
